Epsom salts are a natural source of magnesium, a mineral that is responsible for hundreds of processes in the body. By soaking in Epsom salts, along with other salts, the body can absorb vital minerals that may be low - courtesy of stress, poor sleep, or low intake. Signs of low magnesium can include muscle cramping, twitching, aching, and weakness.
Lavender is well known for its calming properties and has been extensively studied to show relaxation and anxiolytic actions, as have rose and chamomile.
Packaged in a thick glass bottle with screw cap. Bottle can be washed and reused.
Directions: Pour around 1/4 cup into a bath or foot bath and soak.
Ingredients: Natural Epsom salts, Himalayan pink salt, rose, lavender, lemon balm, kawakawa, Lavandula angustifolia essential oil in chamomile and kawakawa infused jojoba oil, vitamin E. 200gm.
