I was gifted this incredible bracelet set from my Sister for my anxious son (and an adults one to match). The little Glow bead is a cute addition, and we both use the diffuser beads religiously. These beautifully made Mumma and Child bracelet sets use natural Howlite and Rosewood diffuser beads to aid anxiety. Howlite is one of the most used stones to aid anxiety as it’s extremely calming and is said to relieve stress and dispel anger. The Therapy Dictionary lists Howlite as the number one stone for mental health and emotional wellbeing.
You can also add calming essential oils to the rosewood diffuser beads to help ease nerves or aid with separation anxiety.
