The NZ Tamarillo & Black Raspberry Chutney is a delicious tart-fruity chutney bursting with sweetly sour flavour.
Tamarillos are also known as tree tomatoes and they're a tart, tangy and flavour punching fruit. Black raspberries are just like their red cousins, but very dark purple, they're not as tart as blackberries and are awesome for jam making which is what gives this awesome chutney its jam-like consistency and a touch of sweetness.
Great with beef and venison or soft cheese.
