This is a beautifully soft cake with seasonal fruit of your choice, we recommend pears, feijoas, and apples but you could use anything you love with sticky date. Or even leave the fruit out.
It has warming spices and is perfect served warm as a pudding or cooled and iced as a cake. As the cooler evening are upon us it is a wonderful evening treat.
All you need to add is eggs, butter/coconut oil, yoghurt/coconut cream and seasonal fruit.
